Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is:

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of aquarium products, some items cannot be returned:

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on opened consumable items. For other products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
